Mei Ling is a Manager based in Singapore, supporting the execution of Convergence's regional strategy in Asia-Pacific. Her key responsibilities include relationship management, training, and content to deepen Convergence's presence in the region.

Working in close collaboration with the Senior Advisor, Asia-Pacific to build a robust network of key stakeholders in the private, public, and philanthropic sectors, she supports the origination and execution of blended finance transactions, as well as generating membership and partnership leads.

With over 14 years of experience in the private sector, Mei Ling has worked in fast-paced industries such as consumer goods, banking, and private equity. She has taken on diverse client-facing roles, including category manager, relationship manager, portfolio manager, and assistant general manager, where she engaged with vendors, partners, high-net-worth individuals, founders, senior leaders, investors, brokers, and board members.

Passionate about empowering young minds, Mei Ling has inspired hundreds of aspiring professionals as a future of work speaker. She is also an active volunteer leader and social impact advocate in non-profit sectors focused on education and youth. She mentors young people and promotes youth volunteerism.

Mei Ling holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and is a Certified Environmental, Social, and Governance Analyst (CESGA).
