Senior Associate, Content

Location: Toronto or Washington DC | Full-Time | The Senior Associate, Content is responsible for a variety of key activities that fall under Convergence’s qualitative data and research offering, which is a crucial component of Convergence’s membership value proposition. This role will contribute to the creation of Convergence’s knowledge products (such as case studies, data briefs, and the semi-annual State of Blended Finance reports), which collectively explore the role blended finance can play in addressing critical development challenges. This role will also support the curation, management, and presentation of Convergence’s proprietary database of historical blended finance transactions.

Associate, Engagement and Training

Location: Toronto or Washington, DC | Full-Time | Convergence is seeking an Associate, Training and Engagement who will report to the Manager, Training and Engagement and support the broader team to deliver high quality and timely services to members. The Associate will play a key role in supporting Convergence’s training offering, which focuses on building the capacity of public, private and philanthropic donors and investors to execute blended finance transactions. In addition, the Associate will play a key role in all aspects of Convergence’s member engagement including developing and managing relationships, planning and executing on trainings, soliciting feedback to continuously improve Convergence’s membership offerings in addition to representing Convergence at meetings and industry events.

Associate, Market Acceleration & Design Funding

Location: Toronto or Singapore | Full-Time | This role will report to a Sr. Associate on the Market Acceleration & Design Funding team, and they will support in executing Convergence’s market acceleration and design funding portfolio and contribute to the overall growth of the organization in the development finance space. This is an opportunity to work at the cutting edge of blended finance and fund the design and structuring of innovative financial instruments aligned to the UN Sustainable Development Goals.

Associate/Senior Associate, Asia-Pacific

Location: Singapore | Full-Time | The Associate/ Senior Associate will be instrumental in supporting the firm’s ability to execute on Convergence’s strategy in the region and will focus on maintaining existing relationships as well as generating membership and partnership leads with local and regional stakeholders.
