Ilsa is an Associate on the Content team at Convergence, where she contributes to data analysis and knowledge creation work. This includes supporting the production of reports and case studies that identify emerging trends in the blended finance market and spotlight notable transactions. Prior to joining Convergence, Ilsa was a Junior Policy Analyst at Indigenous Services Canada, working on the Residential Schools Secretariat, a body established to address the destructive legacy of the Canadian Residential School system. Additionally, she was a Program Assistant at the Lands and Economic Development Directorate at Indigenous Services Canada, assisting with programs and services designed to promote economic and business development within First Nation communities across British Columbia. Ilsa holds a Master’s in Global Affairs from the Munk School at the University of Toronto, a Master’s in Public Policy from the SciencesPo School of Public Affairs, and a Bachelor of Arts in International Development Studies and Political Science from McGill University.
