Rachna Saxena is a Partner at Dalberg Advisors. At the firm, she co-leads the firm’s Finance and Investment Practice as well as its Justice, Equity, and Economic Mobility practice. She works with a range of public, private, and philanthropic investors in developing investment strategies and refining investment and due diligence processes, with a particular focus on taking an equity lens to investments. For several years, she has led Dalberg’s work as a learning partner for the 2X Challenge – an initiative to mobilize more capital for women’s economic empowerment. Rachna is on the Steering Committee of the Gender and Climate Lens Working Group of the GenderSmart initiative. Prior to Dalberg, Rachna was with Monitor Group as a strategic advisor to governments on financing for development and with Deutsche Bank as an Economist covering Middle East and South Asian markets. She holds a BBA from the University of Michigan and an MA from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies.
