As Content Associate, Ishwari is responsible for building out and managing Convergence’s database of historical blended finance transactions, as well as contributing to data analysis efforts. Prior to joining Convergence, she was a Government Relations Consultant at Crestview Strategy specializing in research, policy development and stakeholder relations. Ishwari worked with not-for-profits, industry associations and corporations across Canada, and providing critical insights on cross-jurisdictional issues helping clients manage risk and achieve policy objectives. Previously, she was a policy analyst in Spain, and led research projects for think tanks, with a focus on foreign policy and official development assistance. Ishwari holds a dual bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and International Relations from IE University in Spain.
